After working with hundreds of restaurant owners over the last nearly twenty years we formed Restaurant Monsters to focus on and serve ONLY the restaurant industry.
I come from a restaurant family. My grandfather, Guido Mariano, came to America from Italy at 44 years old and worked in an Italian Restaurant in Pittsburgh for the next 40 years. My uncle, Enrico Colantoni, owned and operated an Italian butcher shop, deli, and market in Pittsburgh with his family for nearly fifty years. My other uncle, Michele DiStephano, ran a pizza shop outside of Cleveland well into his 80s before finally retiring to Florida.
Some of my earliest memories are in those restaurants. The constant motion. Organized chaos. The trials and tribulations. The struggle. But most of all the love and joy they all had for bringing great food and an amazing experience to their customers. I love the industry and what it provided for my family.
I have been working with restaurants for nearly twenty years. My first client when I started in the Promotions and Marketing department at a television station in Memphis, TN was a Fried Chicken Restaurant (Uncle Lou’s on Mendenhall. To this day the best Fried Chicken I’ve ever had).
Ever since that day I’ve strived to deliver consistent, measurable and trackable results for restaurant owners that they could see with their own two eyes. I wanted to eliminate the “Hope & Pray” marketing that so many restaurants relied on and take the stress of worrying about where their next customer is coming from off their shoulders.
